We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1:00 PM within the metropolitan area. Standard shipping typically takes 1-2 business days for surrounding suburbs.
Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will find a dedicated text box to include a custom message which we will hand-write on a premium gift card.
What is your return policy for perishable items?
Due to the nature of live plants and cut flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours for a full replacement or store credit.
